What Our Customers Say
We were hooking up a new stove and stopped in the office to see if there’s anything special they needed us to do. The next day, Colton came out and changed the stove from natural gas to propane, leak checked everything, and answered several questions. We were not on the planned route, but could only be available this week and they squeezed us in. Amazing customer service!
I am just in awe of the personal customer service and care from Mountain Country Propane in Laurie, MO. Their phone lines were busy so I just told myself I would call back later. 2 minutes later my phone rings and its Mountain Propane. They remembered who I was and I am a first time customer for them from back in Sept of 25. With the recent outage from a storm the kind lady asked how we were and knew exactly who I was by name. Now if that doesnt speak to the true heart of a small community that cares then I doubt you will ever understand. She knew I would need to top of my propane tank for my generator as we ran on generator power for two days until power was restored. 2 hours later the delivery man was here and I am back at a full tank. This kind of personal care and service is just another reason that we are so happy to have moved here 2 years ago and teamed up with Mountain Country Propane. Thank you!!
Thankful for my propane delivery today, as of Saturday no power, but I have a generator that propane operates😊
