What Our Customers Say
“Mountain Country Propane delivers propane to multiple communities I manage. I have worked with them for years and the communication is excellent. Claudia sends me a notice when the truck will be in the area so we can set out tanks for the grills. Since they installed a meter a few years ago, they are able to monitor the amount of propane in the tanks, which has avoided any issues with being empty.”

FAQS
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the current price of propane?
The price of propane fluctuates. Call us at (417) 204-0279 for an accurate and up-to-date price.
How do I tell if I have a propane leak?
Propane has a pungent smell like rotten eggs. If you smell rotten eggs or suspect a leak, contact us immediately and vacate the location.
Is propane dangerous to the environment?
No, propane is an approved, clean fuel listed in the 1990 Clean Air Act and the Energy Policy Act of 1992. It is one of the cleanest burning of all fossil fuels. Tests performed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency show that propane-fueled vehicles produce 30% to 90% less carbon monoxide and approximately 50% fewer toxins than other smog-producing emissions such as gasoline engines. Propane is nontoxic, so it’s not harmful to soil or water.
